Mixed Feelings at This Hotel

My stay had a couple of issues. My room was right under the restaurant and it was quite noisy at night. I heard chairs dragging and footsteps, so I complained. It wasn't very relaxing. I was not informed about it before arrival. It impacted the experience negatively.
The staff was beautiful and friendly. The facilities were lovely. The location was also amazing with many shops a short distance away. Special thanks goes to the team, Lia, Nilam and Rita.
The room I stayed in was right under the restaurant. It is called 7 painting. It was noisy at night because waitresses were dragging chairs and their steps created noise.

the staff were very cute and helpful. the location is also REALLY nice.
the staff was attentive. the pool was nice. the location near shops and restaurants was useful. the hotel was clean.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. the lack of cow milk alternatives was a drawback. I had to settle for coconut milk. i found it quite characterless.

The staff were friendly. Vania helped with everything! the breakfast was very good. we had dinners at the habitat bistro and the view of the jungle across the infinity pool was fantastic.
we were quite disappointed by the room, and it looked very tired. we were placed in an old section of the resort right next to the japanese restaurant. we could hear the extraction fan running the whole time!
